SOL PM Jobs & Job Templates
SOL PM mainly porpoise is tracking the progress of Jobs which are structured containers of all the data and documents required to properly manage the activity.
It is possible to configure different types of Jobs with different data structures. These models are called Job Templates.
Once defined by an administrator, Job Templates are selected by users to start new Jobs which will be created using the correspondent pre-defined template.
Jobs can be assigned to different Projects so that it is possible to filter and manage Jobs per Project
Job Templates Key Elements
Job Templates are very flexible.
Their key elements of configuration are:
- Dynamic Fields: Using an intuitive preview the administrator can define the dynamic fields and design the layout. Data types are: text, date, numeric, list of values, cascade list of values, tick, textarea
- Documents: divided in folders
- Workflow: fully visually configurable
- Gantt: composed of Tasks
Tasks are configurable too by defining fields and documents
Checklists can be attached to Tasks and executed through CheckAPP mobile application
SOL PM Workflows
SOL PM workflow configuration is BPMN compatible. It is providing to users the possible steps to complete a Job.
The users based on configured roles and conditions can move forward the status until completion. Administrators can design the workflow using graphical tools, import the bpmn file in SOL and connect it to a Job Template.

SOL PM Gantt management
Gantt management allows the definition of the dependencies between the Tasks pertaining to the same Job.
