This module allows the management of changes to existing contracts through processes that control their progress until completion.
SOL Contract Task shows some information of the Contracts Management module to allow users, agents or negotiators, to access to the data of contract subject to modifications.
When the process is completed, the new data will be stored in the contract module, maintaining the history of changes made.
This SOL module is closely connected to contract management module and it can manage all the following :
- Renewal of contract;
- Renegotiation;
- New contract;
- Notice to quit;
- Cancellation;
- Contract transfer.
Only in the case of new contract the task will not be linked to an existing contract.
The user assigned to a contract task will have the data and scans of contracts visible and can fill in all the information in the new contract TAB (data and files) as the negotiation progresses according to a flow agreed with iliad.
In general every single task has the following functionalities:
- Workflows management;
- Document Manager connected to the process;
- Definition of data and documents mandatory to move forward in the workflow;
- Notes management;
- Project State Dashboard.
The main data handled for each task is:
- Existing Contract Data;
- Future contract / fee data;
- Status of the current process and next status based on the rules of the workflow;
- Process tracking data;
- Negotiation Documents;
- Assignation of supplier / negotiator (with visibility restrictions)
