Power Management

SOL Energy integrates the management of the main data of the existing accounts and the connected processes.

  • Energy accounts and PODs
  • Association of accounts with locations (sites, offices, shops, etc)
  • Change management (changes of accounts, closings, new accounts …)

The system, in addition to the primary functions, has the following functionalities:

  • Import of monthly invoices of accounts
  • For each account the history of consumptions
  • Check the power consumptions of the POD

Change management (tasks)

The application can handle the following possible processes on any existing account:

  • Power change
  • Voltage change
  • Account Closing
  • Closing with Removal
  • New Activation
  • Transfer account to free market
  • Measuring Group Displacement <10m
  • Measuring Group Displacement> 10m
  • Takeover.

Reporting

The application can automatically verify the following possible errors and produce warnings:

  • Association Location – POD
  • Locations with high consumption compared to the average
  • Locations with low power consumption compared to the average
  • Budget control.

  • Summary of Costs by Competence
  • Consumption summary by competence
  • Average cost / power consumption of location.
