Digital signature

SOL Document Management System has a native legal digital signature feature that allows the users to digitally sign the documents directly on the tool.
For the application of the signatures, SOL uses the services provided by ArubaPEC spa, a company registered in the Public List of Certifiers accredited by DigitPA (National Board for the Digitization of Public Administration) since 2007.
The user can purchase directly from Aruba the signature kit and use it to sign SOL documents without any other configuration.
Each document can be signed directly through SOL, without having to download it to the personal computer. This greatly reduces the time required to sign the document.
The new signed document is stored in SOL in the form of a new revision and the user is notified that the signature has been successful. From now on, the signed document is available to SOL users for view and/or download.

Digital signature book

The signature book management is a digital replica of what happens with real paper documents.

Authorized users can select a series of documents and place them in the signature book of a digital signature kit holder, which then is eligible for the signature of the proposed documents.

This way signers are not necessarily compelled to navigate in all the activities entered in SOL; instead, they will be able to connect to their signature book where all the documents that are waiting for their signature will be displayed in the various tasks of separate SOL modules.
