Automatic calculation of the rents

SOL Contracts calculates automatically amounts of the rents due and when they must be paid to the landlord.

Below a summary of most interesting functionalities:

• Automatic calculation of fees based on the data of the rent and ISTAT index
• Management of private and company landlords
• Ability to override the automatic calculation with manual indication of new rent
• Schedule of payments
• Budget calculation of the cost of the fees based on the calendar year
